Happy Baby Videos

I've been slacking in posting any videos lately, so here are two that I think are blog-worthy. The first is of Nolan on the changing table (don't worry...no actual diaper changes were filmed). He LOVES having his diaper changed and is all chatty when he's up there. The other video is of Garrett and Nolan together. Garrett wanted to be next to the baby and loves to give him his toys. Most of the time--he IS two years old, after all.

Pumpkin Patch 2011

Over the last couple years, we've started a family tradition to go to the Flower Mound Pumpkin Patch right around my birthday. I LOVE this! In fact, that's all I wanted for my birthday two years ago...to go to a pumpkin patch with my husband and my baby boy. Back home in Illinois there's a local orchard called Tanner's and we would go there at least once every year during the fall season. The pumpkin patch isn't quite the same (Tanner's has the most amazing apple cider!) but it's gotten more entertaining as Garrett has gotten bigger. And I really love all the fun photo opportunities. :) This year it was super foggy and damp-feeling but we enjoyed having the place almost to ourselves for the first half hour! Here are a ton of pics that we took of our yearly pilgrimage to Flower Mound.

Gman wanted to do this slide so badly. So we sent him up with Daddy. He liked it, but...

...had to do it on his own too!

This is the pumpkin he and Daddy picked out to carve. (Mommy doesn't carve, she paints. Pumpkin guts = grossness to me.)

Nolan slept through the entire visit until he was placed in the cauldron. I can't really blame him for being a cranky-pants at this point.
